A Hoop-Dance FlowShop
with Stefana Serafina
Recommended for intermediate/advanced levels

2 Sundays, May 5 + May 12, 11 am–1.30 pm. A total of 5 hours.
$70, or $40 for a single-day pass.

This flowshop is for the continuing seekers of grace and mastery with the hoop. We fine-tune the hoop-flow vocabulary by boosting technique, precision, strength, and seamless transitions and further deepen our ability to flow intuitively, authentically, and freely.
To flow organically with the circle, one needs to develop an ability to listen, to notice, and allow. To bring a continuity and grace to the flow, the body’s natural urge to express creatively has to be met with a matching dose of technique, ability, and vigor. The FURTHER FlowShop is a map in this process, while the hoop is at a partner and a doorway.

NEW CLASSES – Starting in May!

On Wed. May 1st we kick off evening ZUMBA Dance Fitness with Javier! Every Wed. at 6pm, drop-in’s welcome any Wednesday. “Dance” your way to health!
Class cards purchased for Zumba can also be used in the W & F 9:30am classes

Starting on Monday May 6th – Rodolfo will have Fitness classes every M, W, F at 6pm – more info shortly!

Tricia Cronin

Tricia spent most of her career in New York, and has been seen in Broadway shows such as “Grease,” “A Chorus Line,” and “Swing!” Aside from her work in musicals, she has also performed with several recording artists, in trade shows, Equity fights Aids benefits, and for movie premiers in Manhattan such as “The Great Gatsby.” Tricia is currently teaching dance and musical theater at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco.

Tricia encourages dancers to find their own expressions of her choreography within the music,
expand technique, and learn to be fearless in their dancing.
She uses contemporary music to guide dancers through a choreographed warm-up,
which allows them to begin to dance and enjoy technique exercises.
She loves to find the meaning behind the music, and inspires students to dance with their heart.

Tricia teaches Intermediate level Jazz dance on Tuesdays at 6:30p at Symbolic Dance

San Francisco Carnaval 2013!!!
Rehearsels/Ensio’s Classes

Participants must pay a registration fee of $ 20 for youth/children $25 for adults.
A costume fee will also be required for dancers.
Rehearsals/Ensio’s will be Saturday’s 11-12noon
starting March 23rd until Carnaval.

Weekly fees
$5 for youth/children
