Power 9 – Monday through Thursday at 6:30pm,
and Saturday at 11am – drop-in’s welcome.
Learn simple ways to improve your full body strength, flexibility, balance & endurance with little or no “equipment”,
no matter what condition you are in now.
At every session you will challenge and train all 9 major movements of the human body the way nature intended – Horizontal Push, Horizontal Pull, Vertical Push, Vertical Pull, Squat, Dead-lift, Spinal Flexion, Spinal Extension and Spinal torsion.
All levels welcome, our progression system accommodates everybody!
Drop-in $15, 3 classes for $39, 8 for $95, 12 for $135
Class cards also good in our Salsa and Bachata classes
You won’t need to go to the gym if you take these classes….
Bring a towel, and water
